All prices are considered quotes until the arrival of the detailer and completion of visual inspection. Payments should be made at completion unless other arrangements have been made.
It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to inspect the vehicle and work of Luxury1 Detail at completion. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to raise any concerns in the event of dissatisfied service and to discuss and address these concerns with the customer before payment is complete. Luxury1 Detail does not provide service dissatisfaction refunds.
By making payment the customer acknowledges that they have read the Company Policies. Inspect the vehicle for flaws and damages and releases Luxury1 Detail from any liability. It is up to the discretion to Luxury1 Detail to address the concerns.
